What you are looking at
Buildings, roads and green space come from OpenStreetMap. Buses replay real GPS polls from the Stinger Delay project (every 15 s, March 2026), map-matched onto the official route polylines. Blue has no logs, so its buses are simulated (translucent). The sun and shadows follow pvlib solar geometry for the chosen date and time.

30 replications with common random numbers. Chargers per site (Kendeda, 5th St Bridge, North Ave Apts) are 300 kW pantographs, used during a 5-min layover; a bus that finds them busy leaves on schedule.
